Blackhills FC has arranged with Wembley's Soccer Shop to provide a special uniform for the U11 developmental teams.  Please use the form below (also available at the shop) to place your order.  Kurt has sizes available for try-ons at the store.  Please have your order in by Friday, August 22nd.

• There are uniform items for both training and games. The official uniform package differs according to age group. Please refer to Team Kits for additional information.
• Order Form
• Costs for new players will be approximately $90 for U-11 & 12, $170 for U-13 and $240 for all other age groups.
• Costs for returning players, who already have a majority of the necessary apparel, will be lower.
• Official uniform items are purchased through Wembley Soccer Shop.
• New players must purchase the entire kit, returning players must purchase only the elements they need.
• Any players who cannot make the order deadline must make arrangements with Wembley Soccer Shop.
• Any rostered player who fails to order before the deadline will be charged retail.
• Team managers are responsible for notifying teams of orer deadlines.
• Team managers are responsible for providing a current roster with player number information to Wembleys.
• Assigning player numbers is not Wembley Soccer Shop’s responsibility.
